Borderline personality disorder. ....... moving forward

Made a huge desicison today.. ...... ive decided and I'm currently in the early stages of using music (to alter mood etc) and treating myself holistically to manage my recently diagnosed mental Illness (borderline personality disorder) rather than be prescription drug dependant AND mentally unwell for the rest of my life. ..... I believe the brain can be re-trained, re-educated and re-programmed..... That's the direction I'm heading...... As ever, your love, support and feedback will be much needed and appreciated and your complete HONESTY IS REQUIRED ALWAYS..... Here goes......
